A Solution for the Code 39 Error

The device manager in your computer will cause several types of errors. One of them is the code 39 error. The error code 39 has only one meaning and when you see the warning, you will see something along the lines of “Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware”. Steps to Fix the Code 39 Error

1. Begin by rebooting your system. You should restart at least two times prior to going through with the rest of the steps. Sometimes, there are issue with the BIOS, and this code 39 error may simply be a glitch.

2. As mentioned earlier, if you made any changes in the device manager, by either removing or installing a new driver; you should verify the steps in which you did it. So, if you added a new driver, remove it and see if it gets rid of the code 39 error.

3. You can restore your system to a prior time to undo the changes you made to the device manager. Running a registry cleaner will get rid of any fragmented entries that your system may have. This is often the major cause for the code 39 error.

4. If the last step hasn’t helped, you could replace the hardware and try removing or installing the driver. By re-installing the driver with a new hardware replacement, you are starting with a fresh run. This should fix the code 39 error permanently.
